ProofOfTravel provides flight reservation services for visa applications and other travel requirements. These reservations are for verification purposes only and do not include the right to board the flight.

3. User Responsibilities

• Ensure the information you provide is accurate and complete.
• Use our services solely for lawful purposes related to travel and visa applications.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our service.

4. Payment and Refunds

• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Refunds:
• Eligibility : We offer refunds if reservations are not delivered within the promised timeframe of 12 hours.
• Process : To request a refund, you must fill the refund form  at booking.proof-of-travel.com/refund within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date.
• Review : All refund requests are subject to review. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days.
• Non-Refundable Circumstances : Change of mind after reservation delivery / Incorrect information provided by the user / Failure to use the reservation for its intended purpose.

5. Service Limitations

ProofOfTravel does not guarantee visa approval. Our service is intended to assist with the application process, but the final decision lies with the relevant authorities.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials on the Proof Of Travel website are the property of Proof Of Travel and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Proof Of Travel is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, issues with flight reservations or changes in visa requirements.

Proof Of Travel reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mauritius.
